Women's Team Highlights
The Oxnard College Women's Cross Country team fielded three competitors who showed grit and progress throughout the 3-mile course.

Freshman Valeria Reyes led the Condors for the first time this season, earning a 35th-place finish with a personal-best time of 22:32.

Sophomore Hailey Ortiz, competing at Mt. SAC for the first time in her collegiate career, crossed the line close behind in 38th place (22:53).

Sophomore Marisol Mohedano continued her season-long consistency, finishing 52nd with a time of 25:24.
Assistant Coach, Elsa Guerrero praised the women's resilience and improvement, noting that the team continues to build momentum heading into championship season.
Men's Team Results
On the men's side, Oxnard College placed 9th out of 10 scoring teams, highlighted by several personal records and strong finishes.

Sophomore Edgardo Santiago Gaytan once again led the Condors, finishing 16th overall with a personal-best time of 22:31 on the 4-mile course.

Sophomore Carlos Villagomez followed with a solid effort, placing 37th (23:46).

Sophomore Edwin Salvador continued his steady improvement, finishing 89th (27:27).

Freshman Armando Diaz stepped up for the Condors, finishing 96th (29:42), while Freshman Jayden Allen rounded out the team score in 113th place (32:55).
"The men showed heart and progress on one of the toughest courses we'll face all season," said Head Coach Aaron Sharp. "Each race is bringing us closer to where we want to be as a team."
Next Up
The Condors are set to compete next at the Western State Conference Championships on October 24th at Arroyo Vista Park in Moorpark, where both squads are expected to be at full strength and ready to make a strong postseason push.
